I would not hesitate in using BT again - we bought a 19" flat screen TV for our bedroom. I ordered it at approx. 17:00hrs on a Tuesday - it arrived at lunchtime the next day. Top notch A++++

Ordered on Monday at 1800 and received it Wednesday 0925. Exceptional service and highly reccomended. Free delivery as well, beats anybody else
